Adjusters. You have to work with them. There is no way around it. So, how can you form a better working relationship? Follow these five tips:
1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF
Before your adjuster meeting, find out who your adjuster is and send them an introduction email about who you are and what your company is all about.

2. SAVE THEM TIME

Be sure to label all photos with elevation and explanations so the adjuster knows what is being shown. Remember, no detail is too small.
5. BE RESPECTFUL
We all know the saying, “You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.” Well, it’s true! You don’t always have to agree with adjusters, but you should always be tactful. Disagree with integrity and with professionalism. Because, at the end of the day, you're going to get more approvals that way.
