Mollie Neil

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Mollie oversees the organizational and developmental direction of the company. She has been in the industry for more than 11 years, working primarily for a large, regional, insurance restoration contractor in multiple capacities.

Mollie started in the industry as a part-time office administrator while completing her degree at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Her original plan after graduation was to transition to the nonprofit sector, but was drawn to being part of a growing company and developing personnel and systems within the insurance restoration space.

Her career achievements include building new divisions in her restoration company, developing sales programs around telemarketing and canvassing and opening new branches of the restoration company spanning over seven different states. A few of her professional accomplishments include creating a companywide scholarship program at local universities, community colleges and trade schools to students in the construction field and being named an Emerging Leader for the St Louis region that included an immersive program to build connection and engagement to the region through professional leadership.

Mollie’s drive throughout her career is shaped by the examples she learned from her parents as a retired elementary music education teacher and owner/operator of a greenhouse business that has been in the family since the 1950s. Mollie's passion for her work with Elite Claim Solutions is driven by being part of a very talented, team-oriented cohort and their shared goals of helping good contractors be successful. Her passion for the construction space is based on the people potential of our industry. She believes helping contractors become more successful will lead to job creation resulting in an increase of people with diverse backgrounds joining the industry.

Her is especially passionate about the increase in women and minorities in leadership positions and is excited to have been a part of two companies where women have represented 40 to 70 percent of the company, when the national average for women in the construction industry is less than 10 percent.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband, taking long hikes with her dog, running 5Ks (especially if there are adult beverages as a reward) and volunteering with local organizations including the American Parkinson Disease Association and the National Women in Roofing Chapter of St. Louis.
